I’ve had this for just over a month. I’ve had it on the charger and all of the lights were lit. When I unplug it to use it it doesn’t turn on. I’ve done this several times in the last month and it has never turned on. Of course now that I’ve gotten frustrated enough to give up on it it’s past the return date.EDIT: I have changed my rating on this product from a 1 star to 5 stars. The seller contacted me and told me that you have to hold the power button on for about 5 seconds as it has an anti-touch control. They also offered a refund or replacement if that did not help the issue. I did not see this anywhere in the booklet, so maybe that could be add in the future to avoid my issue.I used the product today and I am excited to see the results after a couple of more uses.

This tool works very well. Follow the directions and you’ll get the right results. I used it as soon as it came in and it took so much gunk off my face that I didn’t even know I had. I bought it for the blackheads on my nose and bumps on my chin and now my chin is smooth.

I wasn’t expecting to like this as much as I do. It truly does pull the junk out of your skin and then also helped to push lotion into your skin. It’s not noisy, is lightweight, and appears to be good quality. My only negative is that the charge doesn’t hold very long.
