29-08-2024I use this in my laundry room for my Oxiclean laundry powder. I’ve been using for a couple of weeks, and this far haven’t had any issues. I find a couple quick pushes easily dispenses the tiny amount I need for my HE washer. I tried first to put the Oxiclean scoop inside the dispenser scoop, but found that didn’t quite fit the way I wanted, so now I use the Oxiclean scoop and put the scoop that came with this dispenser on top, in case I need it for the future. I put the dispenser on a shelf above my machines next to my liquid detergent and find the dispenser stable and easily dispenses what I need without toppling over.Upon arrival, the dispenser was packed only in the manufacturer’s thick cardboard box, with no interior packaging to prevent breakage, but I did not find any cracks or breaks upon inspection. The spring for the button dispenser seems to have a good pressure, so I feel like the spring will remain usable for a long time. There is a smell of manufactured plastic, so if you plan to use the dispenser with food products, of course make sure to follow the manufacturer’s recommended washing instructions prior to use - as I wasn’t using for food, I just filled it up with my detergent. I think the dispenser is pretty (especially prettier than a Costco-sized box of Oxiclean). It’s about the length of a big container of laundry detergent, so consider the size, and does hold an entire Costco-sized box of Oxiclean powdered detergent, with room to spare.
